Terrible Customer Service and A RIP OFF


I am constantly on the phone monthly with Directv because I am being charged for things I didn't agree too, losing reception because they are always having some sort of issue. I cancelled 2 of my genie boxes and the person I spoke to failed to tell me the steps I needed to follow once the return kit was sent to me. They are rude and always fail to leave out the important details. Then on top of their awful customer service is their contracts. I decided to give them 1 more chance when my contract was up because I was reassured these issues were all resolved but yet here I was once again constantly on the phone with them. They then make me pay $320 to cancel their awful service, this company is a joke!! I will NEVER use them again nor recommend anyone to do so!! If you want satellite go to Dish!!!
