Great Service, but still has a few flaws - direct tv
My parents had Direct TV while I was growing up, and lets just say, I missed it when i didn't have it. I am very glad to have direct TV again, and their promotional pricing is great (granted i know it will increase at the end of the year)
I do think they could improve a few things, such as having a way to cancel these dumb Stars/Cinemax/Showtime/HBO stuff without talking to someone. They have an X Button online, which tells me to call their phone. I call it, get an automated system that makes it sound like I can cancel them, but then they wind up telling me i have to talk to a representative. Unfortunately, I work night shift and sleep while they are open.
The only other thing I can see that needs improvement, is what you can say about EVERY cable/satellite provider, they really need to give some decent channels on their lower end packages so that those who cannot afford the expensive packages can actually enjoy more than local channels they can get for free, and a few others.
I would say though, that looking at all the other options, Direct TV is by far the best option for TV Providers.
