DIRECT TV CHARGED FOR MOVIES THREE YEARS OLD.


I RETURNED A RECEIVER IN JANUARY 2014 THAT DIDN'T WORK. I GOT FIVE MYSTERY MOVIES PUT ON MY BILL FOR MAY 2014 WITHOUT A DATE OR EXPLANATION. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THE MOVIES WERE FROM 2011 AND THEY GOT THEM OFF OF A "CARD" THEY SCANNED OUT OF THE... More...

THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. WE MOVED AND WHEN I SENT THE OLD RECEIVER BACK, I GOT AN ADDITIONAL BILL FOR MOVIES FOR 5 YEARS AGO. WHEN I ASKED WHY I WASN'T BILLED 5 YEARS AGO, THEY SAID WE DIDN'T HAVE INTERNET SO THEY DID NOT KNOW OF THE CHARGES. BTW I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT ANY MOVIES EVER BEING RENTED. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS THEIR POOR MANGEMENT AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THEY KNOCKED $100 OFF,SO KIND (WHAT EVER)!!!!!! I AM SEROUSLY THINKING OF CANCELLING AND GETTING COX CABLE.
