Directv lost satellite connection


Bumped in to our Direct TV satellite dish while mowing-I don't know for sure if that is what caused it or not, but now we have NO satellite connection-on all THREE of our TV's. Called DirecTV , and I even have the Protection Plan, which they say will not cover this-what??? and they informed me that it will be SIX days before someone can come out and take a look at it!!!
We have been with DirecTV since 1997--what in the heck ever happened to taking care of loyal customers??? They could send someone here on horseback and it wouldn't take SIX days!!! Thinking very seriously about changing to a different satellite company!!!
