Directv took money out my account while in chapter 7 - Sattelite TV

I am very upset that directv took all my account with out my permission for a bill that was in my chapter 7 bankruptcy . and when I called to asked them why they did this they told me that they have the right to hold account information and use it when need be . and as of today they still have not given me my money back 3-23-1917 . these people need to have a class action lawsuit they do what they want and no one stops them.
